The Metasys Export Utility software provides facility managers with the ability to easily build custom reports using historical data from the Metasys system. You can use this data to manage daily building operations. The Metasys Export Utility software extracts historical trends, alarms, and audit data from an engine or server. You can collect data for analysis from the system and store it in up to six different formats, including Microsoft Word® or Microsoft Excel® files. In addition, the scheduling feature retrieves and saves data based upon user-configurable time intervals.
The Metasys Export Utility provides you with the ability to create runtime studies and discover root cause analysis of system changes and mechanical equipment failures. You can also collect trended runtime data for use by a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS) to schedule mechanical maintenance of HVAC systems.
