Metasys includes several model series of equipment controllers, including General Purpose Application Controllers (CG series), VAV Box Controllers (CV series), Advanced Application Field Equipment Controllers (FACs), Field Equipment Controllers (FECs), Variable Air Volume Modular Assembly (VMAs), Input/Output Modules (IOMs), and Expansion Input/Output Modules (XPMs). These devices provide direct, operational control over HVAC and other mechanical and electrical equipment and are typically networked together and supervised by network engines.
