Use the Logic Connector Tool (LCT) to create custom application programs that execute in any engine. The programs are created using a drag-and-drop editor. The programmer can connect real-time point data in the engine with logic blocks that perform mathematical, logical, and various specialized control functions. You can create, edit, and view LCT programs online through the Metasys UI or SMP UI, or offline through JCT or SCT. When you view the finished programs through the Metasys UI, JCT, or SCT, you can simulate them to verify proper operation before you download them to the engine.
