Procedure

  1. On the Insert menu, click New Role. The Role Properties tab of the New Role dialog box appears (Figure 1).
  2. On the Role Properties tab, fill in the information. See Table 1.
  3. On the Users tab, assign users to the new role using the Add button. See Figure 1.
  4. On the Navigation tab, assign access to user navigation views using the Add button. See Figure 1.
  5. Click OK.
    The New Role appears in the Roles and Users tab.
