This procedure must be performed if Metasys UI is installed with Metasys Release 8.0 and 8.1. These steps do not apply to Metasys release 8.1 or later.

Procedure

  1. Open IIS Manager.
  2. Select Application Pools.

  3. Select UI_AppPool.
    The Application Pool Tasks pane appears.
  4. Click Stop.
