The SBH diagnostics section is available for troubleshooting field issues. Ignore this tab unless support personnel direct you to generate a report.

Note: When Verasys technical support requests a diagnostic file from the SBH, use the following steps:
  1. Click OK button.
  2. Record the passcode for the diagnotic file exactly as it appears, preferably with a screen capture. This passcode is unique for each diagnostic file you generate. If you do not capture this passcode, repeat step 1.
  3. Click the Download button. If you use Google Chrome, the file saves to C:\Users\<username>\Downloads.
  4. Send the passcode together with the diagnostic file to Verasys technical support when requested. Users cannot view the diagnostic file, it is encrypted and only visible to engineering.
