Facility is the first screen that appears when you log on to an SBH. The Facility home page displays the devices that are directly serving tenant areas. The Facility feature provides an enhancement to the previous Spaces view and includes HVAC, lighting, and refrigeration devices. It also provides a summary of the current system status and enables changes to setpoints and modes.
On the Facility view, the devices are categorized into three tabs at the top of the screen:
- HVAC
- Lighting
- Refrigeration
