Procedure
To view the details of individual third-party controllers on a site, complete the following steps:

Select a site. For more information, see Selecting one site or multiple sites.
The tabs for the equipment types at the site appear on the dashboard.

Click the Misc.
tab.
The Misc. tab displays a list of the points in the device profile of a selected third-party controller. The Misc. tab also includes a summary of the alarms on the selected controller.
- Select a controller from the Select Controller drop-down list.

To view historical data for the values of a point in the list,
click the Chart or Table icon inside the View Trend column of a point.
If the View Trend column of a point contains a Chart icon, the data is available in both a chart and table format in the pop-up window. If the View Trend column of a point contains a Table icon, a chart is not available for that point.
- In the chart or table window that appears, click the Table icon to switch to a table format and click the Chart icon to switch back to the chart format. For more information about customizing the chart, see Customizing charts in Verasys Enterprise.
- To view the active alarms on the third-party controller, see the Alarm summary area. To download the alarm list in CSV format, click the Download icon. To view the alarm history for the controller in a separate pop-up window, click the History icon. In the Alarm History window, click the Download icon to download the alarm history list in CSV format.
