Procedure

To view refrigeration equipment data at a site and change setpoints, complete the following steps:

  1. Select a site. For more information, see Selecting one site or multiple sites.

    The tabs for the equipment types at the site appear on the dashboard.

  2. Click the Refrigeration tab.

    The Refrigeration tab displays a list of all of the refrigeration controllers at the site, and input and output data for a selected controller. The Refrigeration tab also includes a summary of the alarms on the selected controller.

  3. To change a setpoint, look for underlined setpoints in the controller list, and click the underlined setpoint that you want to change. In the pop-up window, change the value in the Override To field and click Command.
  4. From the Select Controller drop-down list, select the controller you want to view data about.
  5. To view the input and output data in a chart format, click the Chart icon in the upper right corner of the area. To switch back to table view, click the Table icon.
  6. To change to a larger view of a table or chart and then back to the original size, click the Zoom icon in the upper right corner of the table or chart. For more information about customizing charts, see Customizing charts in Verasys Enterprise.
  7. To view the active alarms on the refrigeration controller, see the Alarm summary area. To download the alarm list in CSV format, click the Download icon. To view the alarm history for the controller in a separate pop-up window, click the History icon. In the Alarm History window, click the Download icon to download the alarm history list in CSV format.
