Procedure

To check the connectivity status for one site or for multiple sites, complete the following steps:

  1. Select one site or multiple sites. For more information, see Selecting one site or multiple sites.
  2. In the nine-dot menu, select Connectivity. The SBH & Controller Status page opens and displays connectivity information for the selected site or for all the sites.

    The SBH & Controller Status page displays the site location, the SBH identifier, IP address, connectivity status, version, unit setting, and time zone. To see the connectivity data of an SBH in a chart format, click View Chart in the Status column.

  3. To check for any offline controllers at the selected site or at all sites, click the Offline Controller tab.
