The Smart Building Hub is not a serviceable product; however, it does support software updates to enable feature enhancements. For a replacement unit, software updates, or accessories, contact the nearest Johnson Controls® representative.
Do not open the Smart Building Hub housing. The Smart Building Hub has no user-serviceable parts inside.
The Smart Building Hub requires no periodic field maintenance.
