About this task
Schedules are available if the device supports schedule objects. To view or change schedules, perform the following steps:
Procedure

In the device navigation bar, click Set Schedule.
Note: For some devices, Set Schedule is a submenu of the Schedule menu.
The Set Schedule page appears with a list of the currently available schedules on the device.
Note: For some devices, multiple schedules display in separate submenus in the Set Schedule menu. -
Click the schedule object that you want to change or view.
The schedule details appear. To view schedules and exceptions, click one of the following buttons:
- Weekly: scheduled events for each day of the week.
- Exception: exceptions to the scheduled events, for example, holidays.
- Today: scheduled events for the current day.
- To add a new weekly schedule, click Add, define the details of the schedule and click Save. To modify a weekly schedule, click the row of the schedule, change the details, and click Save. To delete a weekly schedule, click the row of the schedule, and click Delete.
- To add a new exception, click Add Exception, define the details of the exception, optionally click Add New Event to add new events to the exception, and click OK. To modify an exception, click the Edit icon on the row of the exception. To delete an exception, click the Delete icon on the row of the exception.
