The sensor bus port on the top left side of the controller is an RJ-12, 6-position modular jack that provides a connection for specified network sensors with RJ-12 plugs. The terminal block method of connecting the devices to the sensor bus is the recommended method. The application does not prevent you from using this connection, if the correct device is used.
