Mounting the Base - Verasys - Wireless Device - ZFR1800 Series Wireless Field Bus System

To mount the ZFR1825 Coordinator base with screws, complete the following steps:

1. Remove the ZFR1825 Coordinator from the mounting base, see Figure 1.
2. Use the mounting base as a template, and place the mounting base against the mounting surface.
3. Drill pilot holes at the marked locations and secure the mounting base to the surface with the four No. 6 Trade Size screws supplied.
   Important: Do not overtighten the mounting screws. Overtightening the mounting screws may damage the mounting base or mounting surface.
4. Mount the antenna and connect the antenna cable to the ZFR1825 Coordinator. See Assembling the Antenna.
5. Reinstall the ZFR1825 Coordinator housing to the mounted base.
