Using Windows File Explorer, browse to the download location of
SQL Management Studio. Double-click on
SSMS-Setup-ENU.exe and select
Run as Administrator.
An Open File - Security Warning dialog box may appear, click
Run to permit the installation to continue. A User Access
Control dialog box may appear. Click
Yes to proceed.
Click
Install. A progress screen appears.
After installation is complete, you may be prompted to restart.
Click
Restart.
After restart, SQL Server Management Studio is available for use.
