In the global shutdown settings, you can select the device that can initiate a global shutdown of the entire HVAC system. This functionality requires a LC-VAC1000-0 with Verasys Input Output module application installed or LC-VAC1002-0 on the system bus. To set up global shutdown, complete the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings tab.
  2. Click Global Shutdown and choose the device you want to enable for global shutdown.

All devices that participate in global shutdown disable outputs when BI-1 on LC-VAC1002-0 device is closed. Once BI-1 re-opens, the devices return to normal operation.
