The SBH diagnostics section is available for troubleshooting field issues. Ignore this tab unless support personnel direct you to generate a report.
Note: When Verasys technical support requests a diagnostic file from
the SBH, use the following steps:
- Click OK button.
- Record the passcode for the diagnotic file exactly as it appears, preferably with a screen capture or copying the case sensitive passcode. This passcode is unique for each diagnostic file you generate. If you do not capture this passcode, repeat step 1.
- Click the Download button. If you use Google Chrome, the file saves to C:\Users\<username>\Downloads.
- Send the passcode together with the diagnostic file to Verasys technical support when requested. Users cannot view the diagnostic file, it is encrypted and only visible to engineering.
