Before you can remotely access the SBH300, you must first commission the Airwall Agent. The Airwall Agent provides remote access to the SBH300 from anywhere and secures your connection with industry standard Zero Trust Based Security. The SBH must be connected to the Internet using either hardwired Ethernet or Wi-Fi Client to use Airwall for remote access.

Note: To begin the setup process for Airwall you must contact http://be-verasyssupport@jci.com or call 866-663-6105. The support team provides a template that must be completed with site information, in addition to a list of users that require remote access to the SBH. This process takes up to 48 hours to complete after data submission.
