The Smart Building Hub provides an intuitive, browser-based UI over a Wi-Fi wireless connection optimized for mobile use. You can also remotely access the SBH user interface through the device's Airwall when the SBH is connected to the Internet through the Ethernet or Wi-Fi client interface.
The SBH UI scales to the device you use. The main menus and screens are side-by-side on a computer screen or tablet. On a phone display, you see either the menu or the screens you select from that menu, for example, the TEC3000 home screen. When you view the UI on a phone or smaller tablet, drag the screen from the left or right to display the required menu or screens.
The Smart Building Hub Gateway and Verasys system are secured by a Tempered Airwall that provides zero-trust, encrypted cybersecurity from device-to-cloud.
The Smart Building Hub works with all controllers that have the Johnson Controls Smart Equipment technology. Refer to the Verasys System Product Bulletin (LIT-12012342) for products that interface with the Smart Building Hub.
