Procedure
To enable Verasys Enterprise services, complete the following steps:
- On the SBH UI, navigate to Settings and select Verasys Enterprise.
- Set Enable Verasys Enterprise Service to Yes.
- Set Automatically Download and Install Software Updates to Yes.
- Click Save.
- Reset the SBH. To do this, navigate to Settings and select System Settings.
- Click Reboot SBH.

Call the Verasys hotline on 1-866-663-6105 to configure your
Verasys Enterprise account.
Note: The agent on the Verasys hotline requires the following information:
- Customer name
- Customer contact name
- E-mail address
- Site name of the SBH
- Address of the SBH
- Device ID
You can locate the device ID in the Settings tab under Verasys Enterprise.
