Procedure

To enable Verasys Enterprise services, complete the following steps:

  1. On the SBH UI, navigate to Settings and select Verasys Enterprise.
  2. Set Enable Verasys Enterprise Service to Yes.
  3. Set Automatically Download and Install Software Updates to Yes.
  4. Click Save.
  5. Reset the SBH. To do this, navigate to Settings and select System Settings.
  6. Click Reboot SBH.
  7. Call the Verasys hotline on 1-866-663-6105 to configure your Verasys Enterprise account.
    Note: The agent on the Verasys hotline requires the following information:
    • Customer name
    • Customer contact name
    • E-mail address
    • Site name of the SBH
    • Address of the SBH
    • Device ID

    You can locate the device ID in the Settings tab under Verasys Enterprise.
