Follow these guidelines to ensure that user accounts are secure:

  • Establish clear conditions for role memberships so that users can access the relevant applications.
  • Establish a clear process for the approval of requests to create user accounts. It is best practice to conduct reviews of all accounts for compliance minimum every year.
  • When a user no longer needs an account, or users are terminated or transferred, it is best practice to remove the associated user accounts immediately.

Verasys Enterprise collects personal data through manual input during user configuration. The personal data includes the following:

  • First and last name
  • Mobile phone number
  • Email address
