Procedure

  1. Contact the Johnson Controls Software Support team at Software.Manufacturing@jci.com and request License Portal access for a new company.
  2. Provide the company name, address, administrator name, and administrator email.
  3. When the account is enabled, the designated administrator receives an email with instructions on how to access the portal.
  4. The administrator can request access for other employees in their company with the following steps:
    1. Log on as an administrator and request to add another employee of the company.
    2. Enter the employee's user name and company email address, and select the appropriate user role.
    3. The Johnson Controls Software Support team reviews the request. When approved, the new user receives an email with instructions on how to access the portal.
