The controls are factory set with the settings shown on the control label but you can adjust the settings in the field.
You can make set point adjustments in the following ways:
- Use the slotted 1/4 in. hex nut end of the adjusting screw, externally located next to the diaphragm cover.
- Remove the cover and use the screwdriver slot located at the internal end of the adjusting screw.
The adjusting screw sets the pressure at which the contacts transfer from their normal de-energized position.
The differential is factory set, but varies when you change the set point. At the high end of the operating range, the differential is approximately 25% greater than at the middle of the range. At the low end of the operating range, the differential is approximately 25% less than at the middle of the range.
