- Do not dent or deform the sensitive bulb of this control. A dent or deformation changes the calibration and causes the control to cycle at a temperature lower than the dial setting.
Procedure
- Cut a 1 3/4 in. (35 mm) diameter hole in the plenum for the element.
- Use the flange as a template and mark the location for the two sheet metal mounting screws.
- Drill or punch mounting screw holes.
- Mount the flange to the plenum.
- Mount the control and tighten the lockscrew in the flange.
