Note: Active Directory service users cannot be copied. You must add them individually.

Procedure

  1. Select the user or role you wish to copy.
  2. On the Insert menu, click Copy of User. The Properties for User Copy Of <user or role> dialog box appears.
  3. Make the necessary modifications.
  4. Click OK.
