Procedure
- Select the user to configure.

On the Edit menu, click
Properties. The User
Properties dialog box appears.
Note: To remove a role, select one or more roles from the Assigned Roles list and click Remove.
- Select the Roles tab.
- In the Available Roles list, click one or more roles.

Click Add. The selected roles appear in the
Assigned Roles list.
Note: To remove a role, select one or more roles from the Assigned Roles list and click Remove.
- Click OK. The system displays a two-headed icon for each permission assigned to the role you selected.
