- Select the role to configure.
On the Edit menu, click
Properties. The Role
Properties dialog box appears.
Note: You can also double-click a role to display the Role Properties dialog box.
- Select the Users tab.
- In the Available Users list, click one or more users.
Click Add. The selected users appear in the
Assigned Users list.
Note: To remove a user, select one or more users in the Assigned Users list and click Remove.
- Click OK. The system displays a two-headed icon for each permission assigned to the role you selected.
