Welcome to the System Configuration Tool (SCT) Help. This help file contains information on how to use the SCT user interface software. This section provides links to the major sections of the help file. It also provides an overview of SCT, its modes, and its access types.
Note: Throughout this help file, the term
Site Management Portal (SMP) refers to the user interface of the online Metasys engines and
servers as well as the offline SCT. For Facility Explorer (FX) users, the term SMP refers to
the user interface of the online F4-SNC Supervisory Controller. The Metasys system uses the
word Engine rather Supervisory Controller but these designations are interchangeable.
