The terms upload and download both relate to the transfer of archive information between SCT or SCT Pro, and devices, such as servers and network engines. Download is the transfer from an SCT or SCT Pro archive to devices. Upload is the transfer from devices to SCT or SCT Pro archive.
If you initiate an upload or a download, SCT Pro determines whether the selected devices are servers, network engines, or field controllers, and presents the appropriate interface for you to complete the task.
