Procedure
-
Open an archive.
-
Select the controllers or trunk to receive the command.
-
Click Actions, and then click
Command.
-
In the Commands section, select one of the following
options:
- Select Activate Pending Files to command
controllers to activate CAF files that you downloaded but did not
activate.
- Select Enable Logic to enable the logic on the
controllers.
- Select Disable Logic to disable the logic on the
controllers.
-
Select a connection method and then complete one of the following steps:
- To connect through the Site Director, enter the credentials for the Site
Director, and then click Authenticate.
- To connect through individual network engines, enter the credentials
for a network engine, and then click
Authenticate. The padlock icon shows as unlocked for
all devices where the logon is successful. If you fail to log on to a
device, select the check box for that device, enter the correct logon
information, and then click Authenticate.
- To connect through a direct Ethernet connection, verify that you are
connected to the same subnet as the IP controller, enter the UDP port of the
device, and then select the appropriate network interface.
- To connect through a MAP 4.2+ or BACnet Router, enter the IP address and
UDP port of the router, enter the network number of the MS/TP trunk, and
then select the appropriate network interface.
-
Click Continue. To confirm that the task completes
successfully, view the corresponding entry in the Action
Queue.
