About this task

If you schedule automatic backups, only a limited number of backup files are retained on the SCT computer. Once you reach the limit of archive backups, the new backup overwrites the oldest saved backup. To change the number of backup files retained, complete the following steps:

Procedure

  1. Click on your account name in the upper-right corner of the SCT Pro window, then click Settings.
  2. On the Settings page, click System Settings.
  3. In the Backup Revisions field, enter the number of backups that you want to retain.
