Note: Ensure that the OAS software can communicate with the SQL Server databases during the uninstallation process.
  1. Open Windows Control Panel.
  2. Open Uninstall a Program/Programs and Features.
  3. Right-click Metasys Open Application Server and select Uninstall/Change. The Open Application Server Setup window appears.
  4. If you want to retain the database during installation, clear the Remove databases check box.
  5. Click Uninstall.
  6. Click Finish.
