About this task

To run the start batch file from the system utilities, follow these steps:

Procedure

  1. Browse to C:\ProgramData\Johnson Controls\MetasysIII\Diagnostics\Utilities.
  2. Right-click on the start.bat and select Run as Administrator. Click Yes in the User Account Control dialog box. A Command Prompt windows appears and displays the status of starting the services. When the services start, the Command Prompt window closes.
