To access the local drive of the device from which the NCT is running in a remote desktop session to an NxE55, the local drive must have a volume label (also known as a volume name). If the local drive does not have a volume label, it appears as Local Disk (C:) in Windows Explorer.
If the local drive is not accessible from the NxE55 remote desktop session, set the volume label on the local drive and try again.
