About this task

To enable the Advanced mode on the NCT:

Procedure

  1. On the Start menu, go to Programs > Johnson Controls > Metasys and hover over NAE Information and Configuration Tool to highlight the option.
  2. With the NAE Information and Configuration Tool option highlighted, right-click and select Properties. The NAE Information and Configuration Tool Properties dialog box appears (Figure 1).

  3. Select the Shortcut tab and enter a space followed by /advanced at the end of the string in the Target field (Figure 1).
  4. Click OK. The properties are updated and Properties box closes.

    The next time you start the NCT, it runs in the Advanced mode.
