Procedure

Using NCT, connect to the network engine on which you want to restore the
default system preferences.

Click Start SSH on the
Connections tab. NCT now opens a port to the engine
for you to use.

Use an SSH client like PuTTY to log on to the network engine. Use the
MetasysSysAgent credentials.

Navigate to the \opt\metasys\var\Preferences directory on
the engine.

Delete the file with this command:
rm
SystemPreferences.xml
.

Exit from the SSH client and disconnect the engine from NCT.
