If you are reusing a hard-wired sensor rather than replacing it with an NS Series Network
Sensor, you may need to change the signal type so they match.
Note: If the existing
installation uses an AP-TMZ160 digital display room sensor, it must be replaced with
an NS Series Network Sensor or hard-wired sensor.
Make the following changes to inputs and outputs on the configuration to match the hard-wired sensor:
- Change the signal type of ZN-T (Zone Temperature) to Nickel 1k RTD.
- Change the signal type of ZNT-SP (Zone
Setpoint) to Resistive (if present).
Note:
- ZN-T must be on AI-1 and ZNT-SP must be on AI-2.
- The following properties may require modification to match the ranges of the sensor: Input Range Low, Input Range High, Output Range Low, and Output Range High.
- Change the signal type of WC-ADJ (Warmer
Cooler Adjust) to Resistive (if present). Note: The following properties may require modification to match the ranges of the sensor: Input Range Low, Input Range High, Output Range Low, and Output Range High.
- Delete the Output OCC-MODE. Note: If OCC-MODE is not deleted, a Netsensor is added to the hardware, and the controller reports the sensor offline by rapidly flashing the fault LED.
- Change the signal type of TOCC-S (Temporary Occupancy) to Integrated temporary occupancy (if present).
