If you add more than 24 Alternate periods or 30 Holiday calendar periods from an NIE, all the NCM200s, NCM300s, and NCM350s continuously reset.
This problem occurs because the NCM does not verify if the number of periods you add is greater than the number of maximum supported periods. The maximum number of periods is verified by the Operator Workstation (OWS), Network Terminal (NT), or the Operator Terminal (OT).
- Remove the additional calendar periods.
- Verify that the change is visible in the OWS archive, as well as any online NCMs.
Download all NCMs starting with the node manager NCM (the lowest number node).
To download NCMs that are continuously resetting, remove the battery and restart each device. Once power is restored, the NCM requests a data download from the archive workstation.
