AHU controllers came mounted in two different configurations: a tower configuration and a three-high Universal Packaging Module (UPM). If the AHU is a tower configuration, you must replace the entire tower with a new control panel. If the AHU is in a UPM, then in most applications there is enough space for an FAC3613 or CGM09090. However, you may need to relocate auxiliary gear.

The AHU controller's terminal board has a footprint slightly narrower but longer than an FAC3613 or CGM09090. If you mount the replacement in the same enclosure then you may need to move auxiliary components. For example, limit switches and electro-pneumatic transducers. Also, if an IOM or XPM series Expansion I/O Module is required to match the AHU's full I/O count, then additional enclosure space may be required.
