Procedure

  1. In SMP, go to Tools > Configure Preferences.
  2. Select the Display tab.
  3. Change the New entry timeframe attribute to the desired setting. The default setting is 15 minutes.

    The New entry timeframe is the amount of time alarms are considered new (based on their time of occurrence in the Metasys system). The default value is 15 minutes. New alarms are marked with a blue star.

  4. Click OK.
