Metasys system administrators can set user authorization for spaces in the Metasys UI. The space authorization is not the same authorization or permissions granted in the Site Management Portal (SMP) or in the SCT. The space authorization set in the Metasys UI is not available in the Metasys UI Offline, and does not affect the Metasys UI Offline.
Metasys system administrators can set space authorization for other users by selecting the Space Authorization option in the User Menu in the Metasys UI (Administrative Tasks). The following table describes the three authorization options available per space.

Space authorization information is contained in the Spaces Authorization database.
