MQTT is an Organization for the Advancement of Structured Information Standards (OASIS) standard messaging protocol for the Internet of Things (IoT). MQTT is designed as an extremely lightweight publish/subscribe messaging transport that is ideal for connecting remote devices with a small code footprint and minimal network bandwidth.
From Release 12.0, the SNE and SNC series network engines include an MQTT driver that supports bidirectional communication between network engines and a generic MQTT broker.
