Through a BACnet/IP® integration, Metasys can monitor and control the CoreSync lighting solution.

Figure 1 shows the variety of wiring options for POE fixtures that plug directly into the UPOE switch, and AC high voltage fixtures that connect to wireless line voltage relays. All the fixtures and switches and sensors communicate back to the Molex CoreSync Manager software running on an on-premises computer or server. This computer also provides a BACnet server that exposes virtual lighting devices and data points over BACnet/IP. Metasys can integrate this data through a network engine to operate the lighting system using schedules or occupancy logic, or display the lighting system data on Metasys UI dashboards and graphics, and much more.
