To add a Cree SmartCast integration over BACnet/IP to an NAE, you must have the following:

  • The Cree SmartCast lighting system must already be working and performing its primary function before you attempt an integration with Metasys. This means the Cree lighting system has been properly installed and commissioned using either the SmartCast Configuration Tool for SmartCast Wireless systems or the SmartCast Manager software for SmartCast POE systems.
  • A properly installed and commissioned Johnson Controls NAE from which to perform the BACnet/IP integration.
  • System Configuration Tool (SCT) Release 13.0
