This section includes the steps for performing an in-place upgrade of the ADS or ADX software to Metasys Server 12.0.50 An in-place upgrade is for upgrading an existing Metasys system on the same computer using the same version or upgraded version of SQL Server software. (This upgrade selection also applies if you need to update SQL Server software to a newer service pack.) Before upgrading to Metasys Server 12.0.50 software, make sure you review Pre-Work checklist for new installations and upgrades and Table 1.
