Use SCT to create a new archive database offline. To create a new archive database, copy an existing archive database, or generate a new archive database. Then add or edit information and references to sites, controllers, communications trunks, and objects (such as schedules, energy management objects, and operators).
You can also generate a database online in a single engine and upload the information to SCT for editing and archiving. See Archive Database Creation.
