An Equipment object is created through the Facility > MUI Config > Discover Equipment option and through equipment discovery when creating Equipment Definitions. Equipment objects are listed in the Equipment tree in SCT. This object contains attributes common to many Metasys system objects. These common attributes are described in the Common Object Attributes section.

Note: In the Notes column, attributes marked with the letter C are configurable and attributes marked with the letter W are writeable.
