The following table describes the Output options for creating a report.

Table 1. Output
Item Description
Output format Allows you to select an Excel or CSV file as the output format of the report.
Output subfolder Defines the name of the folder where the reports are stored. You can find the output subfolder in the output folder.
Base filename Defines the file name of your report. (see System settings section for details about how the value entered into this field is used)
Automatically create PDF when creating file Creates a PDF of the report. Requires that you select the Excel file output option.
Automatically destroy Excel file Deletes the excel file after the PDF is created.
Send to printer Prints the report on a printer installed on the client computer.
