The following table describes the Output options for creating a report.
|Allows you to select an Excel or CSV file as the output format of the report.
|Defines the name of the folder where the reports are stored. You can find the output subfolder in the output folder.
|Defines the file name of your report. (see System settings section for details about how the value entered into this field is used)
|Automatically create PDF when creating file
|Creates a PDF of the report. Requires that you select the Excel file output option.
|Automatically destroy Excel file
|Deletes the excel file after the PDF is created.
|Send to printer
|Prints the report on a printer installed on the client computer.
