The following table describes the Output options for creating a report.

| Output format | Allows you to select an Excel or CSV file as the output format of the report. |
| Output subfolder | Defines the name of the folder where the reports are stored. You can find the output subfolder in the output folder. |
| Base filename | Defines the file name of your report. (see System settings section for details about how the value entered into this field is used) |
| Automatically create PDF when creating file | Creates a PDF of the report. Requires that you select the Excel file output option. |
| Automatically destroy Excel file | Deletes the excel file after the PDF is created. |
| Send to printer | Prints the report on a printer installed on the client computer. |
