- The List of user-defined report definitions pane displays the user-defined
report definitions and their status, such as running, stopped, or paused. You can
right-click on a node to see the available actions for that object. Actions
include:

Add: Creates a new report definition

Add folder: Adds a new folder in the tree view

Edit: Edits a report definition

View: Opens a report definition
-
Delete Deletes a report definition

Clone: Creates a copy of a report definition. The
cloned report uses the same settings of the selected report definition

Enabled: Enables or disables the processing of the
report definition to create actual reports. A check mark indicates the
current status. When you create a report, the report creation process
continues until the current report is complete. When you create a Manual
report, enter the following data:

Username: Enter your username

Start time: Enter the data collection start
date and time

End time: Enter the data collection end date
and time

Abort: Select to stop the report creation
process without waiting for the completion of the report
- You can create the following report definitions types:

Trend report: Create a report that is either
periodic, one-shot, or manual, on one or more points under trend. The report
takes data from the Metasys database.

Access Historian Trend report: Create a
report that is either periodic, one-shot, or manual, on one or more
points under trend. The report takes data from the Access Historian
database, also referred to as the Historian Database.

SQL Historian Trend report: Create a report
that is either periodic, one-shot, or manual, on one or more points
under trend. The report takes data from the SQL Historian database

Event report: Create a report that is either
periodic, one-shot, or manual. The report shows all the events
related to a user-defined filter

Audit report: Create a report that is either
periodic, one-shot or manual. The report that shows all the audit
actions performed by a selected list of users
