Condition

After you create a MRE group with Excel .xls file generation, the report does not generate.

The MRE Report Log for groups displays the following message:

5/12/2008 16.02.39 - Unexpected error: Process performance counter is disabled, so the requested operation cannot be performed.
5/12/2008 16.02.39 - Report creation terminated

Cause:

The System Monitor Performance Counters are disabled.
